A simple iron slate engraved with the words, "Per scientia unus contradico vires" marks the remains of Doctor Woods.

For the next several days, Tsu walks to the grave, carrying only her broom, and stands, silent, staring at the horizon. She stands this way for a few hours, then walks away. And as she leaves, each time, she says, quietly, in Chinese, "I will avenge you, Dr. Woods." |

Doctor Fletcher visits the grave site a few days later. He stares down at the stone, looking ashamed of himself. He mumbles an apology before leaving.

Every time Tsu appears at the grave, Shi is a few feet away, usually on the back of a very large horse. She watches Tsu with sad, weary eyes, keeping her head bowed in reverence.
